Steps to upgrade your current release of Tally.ERP 9 to Tally.ERP 9 Series A Release 3.6: There are two ways you can upgrade to Tally.ERP 9 Release 3.6

Run Tally.ERP 9 Release 3.6 from new folder then,

Install Tally.ERP 9 Series A Release 3.6 in a new folder.

Re-activate your license from Tally.ERP 9 Series A Release 3.6.

Run Tally.ERP 9 Release 3.6 from the same folder then,

Install Tally.ERP 9 Series A Release 3.6 in the existing Tally.ERP 9 folder.
